Quality Training

At Drillit Africa, we are committed to delivering drilling services of the highest quality to our customers. Our quality training policy outlines our commitment to providing comprehensive training and development opportunities to all employees to ensure they have the knowledge, skills, and competencies necessary to contribute to our quality objectives and meet customer requirements. To promote local content and organizational resilience Drillit Africa hires locally as much as possible and provides extensive training and leadership opportunities to promote staff from within.

Training Needs Assessment – We will conduct regular assessments to identify training needs related to quality management, processes, systems, and standards across all levels and functions of the organization

Training Plan – Based on the results of the training needs assessment, we will develop a comprehensive training plan that outlines the objectives, content, methods, and resources required for quality training initiatives.

Employee Participation – We will encourage and facilitate employee participation in quality training programs, recognizing that every employee plays a crucial role in maintaining and improving quality standards.

Training Delivery – We will provide a variety of training delivery methods, including classroom training, workshops, online courses, on-the-job training, and mentoring, to accommodate different learning styles and preferences.

Quality Management System (QMS) Training – We will provide training on our quality management system (QMS), including relevant policies, procedures, documentation, and tools, to ensure employees understand their roles and responsibilities in maintaining the QMS and achieving quality objectives.

Continuous Improvement – We will promote a culture of continuous improvement by providing training on quality improvement methodologies, such as Total Quality Management (TQM), to empower employees to identify and implement opportunities for quality enhancement.

Measurement and Evaluation – We will establish metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor the effectiveness of our quality training programs and evaluate their impact on quality performance and customer satisfaction.
